An AI Customer Success platform I built for a high-value paying client. It unifies Asana and Klaviyo into one command centre, with conversational AI agents that answer plain-language questions over live operational data, plus unified client-health scoring. Multi-tenant with row-level security, role-based access, and encrypted per-client API keys. Around 10,000 customer interactions a month in production.

My Cloud Brain: self-hosted AI cloud I run

A complete personal cloud and AI-app platform on a server I own and operate, over 130 containers: photos, files, passwords and media, plus my own production apps. Private over Tailscale, public sites via Cloudflare, nightly encrypted backups, fully infrastructure-as-code. Proof I can architect, secure and run real production systems, not just write app code.

Cyclops: self-hosted AI trading assistant

A self-hosted crypto and stocks trading assistant I designed and built: a market dashboard, a read-only exchange portfolio with full trade history, a 0 to 1 composite risk score with plain-English swing signals, a backtesting and what-if engine, and a daily AI market report delivered to Telegram. Cortex + Den: a native macOS workspace for Claude

A native macOS app I built and use daily to drive Claude over my own projects: multi-agent chat, a file tree, a live context meter, and an ops dashboard for my server (health, logs, one-tap safe actions). It drives the Claude Agent SDK as its engine and runs on my subscription, not metered API. React, Node and Tauri.

Taxfolio: self-hosted Australian tax service

A self-hosted Australian tax-prep service I built: a private dashboard that turns my taxes into plain-language per-year stories and predictions, and a separate password-protected accountant portal where my accountant reviews documents, leaves feedback and approves each year, with every action notified by Telegram and email. An ATO-correct capital-gains engine under the hood. FastAPI, Postgres, Next.js.
