I left Russia in 2012, spent a year learning English, and started a degree at UTS understanding maybe a fifth of what was said in the room. I graduated with Distinction, on the Dean's List, with the faculty's top achievement prize. I learned early that the way through is to out-work the gap.

Ten years in Australian tech delivery: experiential and software projects up to A$2M for CBA, Telstra, Mastercard, AWS, NSW Health, Fanatics and TAB. I owned budgets, vendors and timelines, and I learned to ship on time, report honestly, and keep clients and engineers pointed the same way.
From delivering software to designing, building and running it.
I went independent and founded VistFlow. Now I ship production AI software end to end, directing AI in plain language while it does the implementation. I have built six plus products, an AI platform serving roughly 10,000 interactions a month for a paying client, my own trading assistant, a job hunter, a native Claude workspace, and I run it all on a cloud I own: 123 containers, private by default, backed up nightly, everything as code.
